The U.S. ITC has determined that the subsidization of Bombardier’s C-Series jet by the Canadian government has not harmed American industry (namely Boeing). As a consequence tariffs that had been set at 292% by the Commerce Department will not be applied. The case had been controversial in the context of NAFTA negotiations.
