The Chinese government has filed a WTO consultation request with the U.S. regarding America’s recent section 201 tariffs against washing machine and solar panel imports. That follows similar moves by Taiwan and South Korea. Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam are other affected countries that may join the consultations later.
