Maersk Wins in Virginia as Port’s March Surge Closes Quiet Quarter

Container handling through the Port of Virginia climbed 9% on a year earlier, breaking two months of declines. Import growth of 14% was the fastest rate of expansion since January 2017 and beat the national average of just 2%.
