China Wants To Buy What America Can’t Yet Sell to Settle Tariff Spat

China’s government is making very specific demands of the U.S. at negotiations this week as the two countries try to avert tit-for-tat tariffs started by America’s section 301 review of Chinese IP practices. These include the removal of the “Tiananmen Sanctions Act” which restricts U.S. exports of semiconductors.
