Relations between the U.S. and North Korea have cooled after President Trump delayed a negotiating visit by Secretary Pompeo. The President has specifically tied American trade relations with China to the talks, though it isn’t clear whether progress on China trade talks is a prerequisite to progress with North Korea or vice versa.
