Container-line MSC has updated its bunker fuel surcharges for Australia/New Zealand to U.S. routes after a 24.1% surge in fuel prices year-to-date. The increase may also be driven by a tightening of capacity given U.S. seaborne imports from Australia and New Zealand surged 28.1% year over year in January.
