Export order sentiment among China’s businesses improved in March with the latest CFLP reading of 47.1% compared to 45.2% result in February. That may reflect optimism around U.S.-China trade negotiations but is still in contractionary territory. It also represents a seasonal rebound after the lunar new year holiday.
