Mexico’s President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (colloquially known as AMLO) has proposed restructuring refined oil import contracts to “combat corruption”. While the state “will honor contracts, but we will not grant any more permits” in order to “protect Pemex to ensure supply”.
