Becle prioritizes profits, price rise as tequila supply chain faces shortages

Becle, owner of the Jose Cuervo tequila brand, reported a 2.7% increase in volumes shipped in Q2’21. Shipments to the U.S. dipped by 5.1% “due to supply chain constraints” including “material and common carrier shortages” according to Michael Keyes, President and CEO of Becle’s Proximo division.
